The proposed building is organized following a logic of pyramidal hierarchical structure whereby the courts are located at the lower levels, above which are located the oral courts and finally the Chambers are placed at higher levels. This organization contributes to a great operational rationality, given that activities that concentrate a large amount of people are located at lower levels with great accessibility. As the requirement of movement decreases, the height in which the functions are located increases.
